Before making the choice to buy at Vintro-Media, we recomment to read the terms and conditions. These apply to picking up and shipping. If there are still unclear after reading this condition, please contact Vintro-Media.

Buying general

All equipment offered on this website and the marketplace account Vintro-Media is secondhand and thus used. This means that they have some wear and without original packaging. The state of the equipment is described in the ad.The photos in the ads are of the offered product. Although the equipment used, the entire operation will be guaranteed unless otherwise stated in the ad.

The unit price is always stated in the ad. This price includes 21% VAT. The price is only for the device in the ad. All equipment includes a power cable, any extras are mentioned with the specifications in the ad.

When you are interested in the equipment, you should always first contact Vintro-Media. Without prior contact, transferring money to us does NOT guarantee a sale. Vintro-Media has from most stock only one in stock. To make everything clear and fair manner is pre-contact is very important. A sale will only be finalised after you and Vintro-Media both agreed.

Buying pick up

All equipment is offered on this website and the marketplace account Vintro-Media can be picked up. This is only possible by appointment. If the device is not to meeting your expectations, you are not obliged to purchase. Purchases can only be paid cash, it is NOT possible to pay with debit card. The full amount has to be paid before you can take the device with you.

All offered equipment is guaranteed to be fully working unless stated otherwise in the ad. Should this not be the case after arriving at home, please contact Vintro-Media immediately. You can return the product to Vintro Media in the same condition as it was at purchase. You will receive a full refund or you will be able to swap it for a different device. Should this leave a difference you will receive the difference back or you have to pay the remaining amount. If the device is not in the same condition or it turns out to not be the same device, it is not possible to return.

In case the device does not meet your expectations, you need to communicate this immediately to Vintro-Media. Vintro-Media will give you the possiblity to swap the device for a different device. In this case you will not receive a refund, but you can swap the device for a device of equal value or above. In the latter case, you must pay the difference. You have up to 14 days to express this wish to Vintro Media and to make an appointment for exchange.

Buying shipping

Most of the equipment offered by Vintro-Media on this website and the marketplace account can be sent. This is always clearly states in the ad. The costs are for the buyer and are listed in the ad for shipment within the Netherlands. The purchase amount always needs to be paid in advance, including shipping. After receiving the amount Vintro-Media will ship the purchased device(s).

Shipping is at your own risk and any defects, damage or loss of the package. Vintro-Media can not be held responsible for this. Warranty that applies for picking up does not apply to shipping. Also, it is not possible to swap device(s). Make sure that you are always certain of your purchase and therefore read the description of the ad carefully. If anything is unclear, you can always contact us for clarification and even receive larger photos.

Reserve

If you are interested in a device, it is possible to reserve this. The procedure for doing this is dependent on the situation.

Have you contacted Vintro-media and made an appointment to pick up the device in a week, then automatically reserved for you. Should you lose interest or are not able to pick it up at the agreed time and date please contact us. After the agreed time and date there has been no further message from your side, a new buyer will have the opportunity to purchase the device.

Have you contacted Vintro-Media and agreed with us to have device(s) shipped, the device will be reserverd for you after agreement on the amount. Please transfer the amount within three days, unless otherwise agreed with Vintro-Media. If another buyer occurs after these three days and there was no further notice from your side, the new buyer will have the opportunity to purchase the product. If another buyer is interested in purchasing after these three days and there was no further notice from your side, the new buyer will have the opportunity to purchase the product. If Vintro-Media receives this amount after more then three days and the device(s) are no longer available, the amount will be refunded.

If you are interested in a product offered by Vintro-Media, but you are not able to collect it within a week or to transfer the money for shipping, it is possible to reserve these for a down payment. The amount charged depends on the situation and will be determined after contact with Vintro-Media.
